I've been working in the industry for 7 years, from early on as a 2D/3D Generalist to most recently as a Visual Designer. I have had the opportunity to try my hands at a lot of different skills; 2D / 3D art, gameplay scripting, and the creation tools/pipelines to speedup and empower other artists. I love the challenge of working through unknowns and finding creative solutions that provide the user or customer, and my team, the greatest impact.

Visual Designer | Amazon Game Studios

  • Collaborating with UX Designers, bringing screens like the revamped Scoreboard and Perk System to life through high-fidelity mocks and motion graphics

  • Illustrated 45+ icons for New World’s Nighthaven update, defining visuals for quests, modes, and rewards

  • Developed documentation that defines UI art deliverables, where source templates are found, and where/how final assets are exported and reviewed for submission

  • Introduced automation in MTX art pipeline, reducing asset production time from 1 hour to 2 minutes

  • Volunteered to helm creation of News Modals imagery, bringing it in-house and reducing dev cycle from 2 weeks to just 2 days

  • Illustrated iconography for Brimstone and Rise of the Angry Earth expansions, utilizing playtest data to achieve intuitive designs

  • Modeled and textured 100+ Minecraft characters, creatures, and objects for Jurassic World and DuckTales DLC

  • Rendered 20+ marketing materials for various releases and events, working in tandem with internal marketing vendors to ensure quality and adherence to their goals

  • Developed a Blender addon with Python to empower artists with tools to import models, update their look and positions, and generate a custom skybox with day/night cycle configuration
